Questions

Why is there no monthly plan?

Because a keepsake that stops working when a card expires is not a keepsake. You buy the page once and it stays where you left it.

Is anything held back for a higher tier?

No. Every feature a template has comes with it — the music, custom colours and type, reordering, video and voice notes, password, scheduled unlock, QR code. There is nothing to upgrade to.

Why do prices differ between templates?

Longer templates with more scenes and more built games cost more to make and to run. A page with four playable scenes is a different amount of work from a short letter.

What is the media limit for?

Each gift holds up to 150MB of photos, video and audio. Storage is the one cost that continues after you have paid, so it is the one thing with a ceiling. Most pages use well under a third of it.

Can I buy more than one?

Yes, each page is bought on its own. There is no account minimum and nothing recurring.

Can I get a refund?

No, not for a change of mind. You build the whole page and see it finished before you are asked for money, and paying publishes it, so the gift is personalised and delivered in the same moment. If the fault is ours — a payment taken twice, money taken with no gift published, a page that will not load — email us and we refund it in full. Our refund policy sets out the detail.
