Sent it the night before I asked properly. She had already said yes to the page by the time I got there. Cannot recommend the sealed opening enough.
The two clocks did something to her that I could not have done with words. She screenshotted just that bit and set it as her wallpaper.
She blew out the candles on her phone in a restaurant and then made everyone at the table do it. Worth every rupee for that alone.
The bit that made this work is that it does not ask for anything at the end. She read it, took two days, and then called. I do not think a longer one would have worked.
The timeline was the part that got him. He kept scrolling back up to reread the one about the terrible kitchen. Took me about half an hour and he has shown it to his mother twice.
The walk-home game is genuinely lovely. Took him ten minutes and he messaged me at every stop.
I am not a writer and the prompts did most of the work. Changed maybe a third of the words and it still sounded like me.
The wish cards are the good bit. Writing the backs took longer than everything else combined, which I think is the point.
Lovely, though I wish I had known about the scheduled unlock before I sent it. Sent it at 4pm instead of midnight like an idiot.

We would rather have five honest reviews than fifty polished ones. Tell us how it actually landed, including if it did not.
